Vegan pizza rolls

It's time again for a delicious pizza: this time in the form of small pizza snails. To do this, we crumble our vegan bratwurst, which is rolled together with vegan cheese and a delicious tomato sauce. Our Pizza Party spice gives it a special twist! Convince yourself.

¼ pack of Easy To Mix Bratwurst

1-2 tsp Pizza Party spice mix

1 package of pizza dough (from the refrigerated section)

150 g pureed tomatoes

100 g vegan scattered cheese

Easy To Mix Bratwurst Mix and cool according to instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.

Roll out the dough until smooth.

Mix the tomatoes with the Party Pizza seasoning and distribute evenly on the pizza dough.

After the cooling time, spread the bratwurst mixture on the pizza dough and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Cut about 14 narrow strips with a pizza roller and roll them up into snails.

Place the pizza rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
