Potato spirals with tzatziki

As a snack at the next party or as a side dish to one of our mixes, you're doing everything right with potato spirals. The potatoes are seasoned with our Potato Hero seasoning and then dipped into the tzatziki.

40g Easy To Mix Tzatziki

2 tsp Potato Hero seasoning

400 g potatoes, waxy

2 tbsp olive oil

Also: wooden skewers

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat.

Wash the potatoes and skewer them with a wooden skewer.

Cut the potatoes slightly diagonally with a knife all the way to the other end of the tuber. Turn the potatoes while cutting - this is how you get the spiral shape.

Place the finished spirals on an oven tray lined with baking paper.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Potato Hero seasoning.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki according to the instructions.
