We think muffins don't always have to be sweet, right? That's why we've created a hearty muffin recipe with mini meatballs, wild garlic, dried tomatoes and vegan feta. They are quick and easy to prepare and the perfect party snack

Makes 15-17 muffins
Vegan mini frika as an easy to mix or cooling product
250ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
20g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
1 bunch of wild garlic, fresh
10 dried tomatoes
100g vegan feta
260g flour
3 tsp baking powder
60ml olive oil
½ tsp nutmeg
Salt pepper
Fresh thyme for garnish
Also: muffin cups, oil for greasing
Ready to enjoy in about 40 minutes
Briefly fry the mini frika in a greased pan. Alternatively, prepare the Easy To Mix meatball according to the instructions.
Wash the wild garlic and cut it into fine strips.
Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces and crumble the feta.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Mix organic oat drink.
Easy To Mix Mix vegan egg with sparkling water to form a smooth dough.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the egg mixture, oat drink, olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix.
Add the feta, wild garlic and tomatoes to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Now fill the muffin cups one after the other: First put a little dough into the cup, then place a Frika ball in it and fill it with dough.
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with thyme and enjoy!
