180 ml vegan organic oat drink natural
Vegan food colors for the buttercream
Vegan sugar font red
250g vegan butter
250g powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 160 °C top and bottom heat.
Mix the dough for the vegan choco cake according to the package instructions.
Pour the dough into small heart shapes and bake for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the buttercream: mix the sifted powdered sugar with the vegan butter.
Divide the buttercream evenly between three bowls and add different food coloring until the desired pastel colors are achieved.
Once the cupcakes are baked and cooled, they can be decorated with the buttercream.
To ensure that the buttercream has a smooth surface, place the cupcakes upside down briefly in the refrigerator on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
After about 10 minutes, remove the cupcakes from the tray and write sweet messages on them with the red sugar writing.
