Great time at the Oktoberfest

But vegan! That goes without saying, right?

The so called Wiesn is famous for its high meat consumption. Did you know that every year around 400,000 chickens , around 60,000 pork knuckles , 30 calves and around 125 oxen are eaten at the Oktoberfest? Wow! That's quite a lot. But the trend towards plant-based alternatives is also on the rise. 🍃

And this is where we come in: This year you will find us in over 7 different tents and stands !

In addition to well-known favorites such as vegan Leberkäse , there are also many other delicacies such as vegan meatballs , currywurst , fish , spreadable sausage and much more. THAT is really delicious !

Where will you enjoy us? 🍻

Vegan Oktoberfest recipes for home

Perfect for an Oktoberfest evening at home with friends or family.

Bavarian burger - really good!

Pretzels are simply nowhere as good as in Bavaria, right? That's why we love eating pretzel rolls in all variations. Here for example as a delicious burger. 🥨

And of course, what shouldn't be missing in Bavaria? Coleslaw and sweet mustard of course.

The combination may sound a bit unusual at first, but believe us when we tell you that it's worth a try. 🤞

Our vegan burger comes here between two halves of pretzel bread, spicy radishes, sweet mustard and coleslaw. Your palate will be amazed by this taste experience.

Vegan sausage salad - no mess!

As a Munich company, we are of course very interested in tradition and Bavarian food culture. But sometimes we also wonder why things are called what they are called.

For example, a sausage salad: Why can this dish be called a salad if it is really far from that. 😂

But no matter what it's called, it's just something good! 🤩 That's why the delicacy must of course also be available in vegan form. Our fresh mini Viennese are made for this.

We chop the little Viennese into bite-sized pieces, refine them with crunchy vegetables (AHA, hence the name salad☝️) such as peppers, cucumbers and radishes and mix everything into a colorful salad. 🥬

An original Bavarian sausage salad is ready.

Vegan hot dog - Bavaria style

And that's where it comes in handy again - our favorite pretzel. This time shaped as a pretzel stick and pimped into a hot dog.
If that's not even a fancy recipe. 🥨

The vegan sausage is our Easy To Mix Bratwurst, but of course you can also use our Fresh Bratwursts for it.
Quickly mixed, cooled and shaped, the delicious bratwurst is then put in the pan until it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Of course, there's also something truly Bavarian: coleslaw, pickles and fried onions. 🥒

What do you think? Doesn't that sound tempting? So we think so and swear by this combination. 🌭
