This recipe takes us back to childhood. Did you always order Bolognese schnitzel before? We had almost forgotten the recipe and were really happy that we could prepare it with our products without any animal suffering. A trip into the past! Have fun!

½ pack of Easy To Mix Schnitzel
½ pack of Easy To Mix Hack

2 carrots
1 can chopped tomatoes
½ cup vegan cream
100ml vegetable broth
100g vegan scattered cheese
½ tsp oregano, dried
½ tsp thyme, dried
Salt pepper
Easy To Mix Mix schnitzel and mince according to instructions and cool.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Peel carrots and cut into small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
After the cooling time, fry the schnitzel from the schnitzel mixture according to the preparation recommendations and fry the minced meat in a second pan.
Place the finished schnitzels in a baking dish.
Add the onion rings and carrots to the mince and season with salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
Add the tomatoes, cream and stock to the mince in the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
Now pour the minced sauce onto the schnitzels in the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Braise in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Then take it out of the oven and enjoy it with, for example, pasta.
