Jägerschnitzel is a real classic. Here our vegan schnitzel is baked crispy and served with a delicious gravy. Wow, that's good!

½ pack of Easy To Mix Schnitzel
25g Easy To Mix Vegan Gravy Powder
30-50 g breadcrumbs
150 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 tbsp margarine
100 ml vegan cream
½ bunch of parsley
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp thyme, dried
Salt pepper
Mix Easy To Mix Schnitzel according to instructions and cool.
Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms, clean them thoroughly and cut them into slices.
Peel and dice onion.
Heat the margarine in a large pan and fry the mushrooms while turning.
Reduce the temperature slightly and after about 5 minutes add the onion cubes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Season the mushrooms with thyme, chili, salt and pepper. Then set aside.
Now prepare the sauce according to the package instructions, stir in the cream and finally stir in the mushrooms and onion.
Wash the parsley, pick off the leaves and chop roughly.
After the cooling time, form flat schnitzels from the schnitzel mixture, moisten them with a little water and bread them.
Now fry in enough oil until crispy.
Serve the schnitzels with the sauce and garnish with parsley.
Vegan spaetzle goes well with this.
