50g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
60g leaf spinach
100g mushrooms
2 handfuls of walnuts
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt pepper
Fresh bread
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Wash spinach and chop roughly.
Roast the walnuts in a pan without fat, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms in it for about 5 minutes.
Then add the spinach and spices. Fry until the spinach wilts.
