For a healthy yet delicious meal, try this spring gnocchi casserole. To do this, we combine the gnocchi with our fish sticks, spinach and a creamy vegan cream sauce.

75g Easy To Mix vegan fish sticks
50 g vegetable breading or breadcrumbs
400g gnocchi
30 g vegan sprinkled cheese
½ onion
120 g leaf spinach, frozen
120 g vegan cream
100 ml vegetable broth
1 tbsp oil
pepper
1 pinch of nutmeg
Mix Easy To Mix fish sticks according to instructions and cool
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat
Peel onion and chop finely.
Heat oil in a deep pan and sauté onion in it
Add the cream and vegetable broth to the pan and bring to the boil briefly
Add spinach and season with pepper and nutmeg
Prepare the gnocchi in the pot according to the instructions
After the cooling time, form sticks from the fish stick mixture, moisten them with a little water, turn them in the breadcrumbs and fry them
Place the gnocchi and fish sticks in a baking dish, spread the spinach sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese
Bake in the oven until golden brown (approx. 25 minutes).
