½ savoy cabbage
1 clove of garlic
½ onion
800ml vegetable broth
15g ground hazelnuts
15g Easy To Flake Crumbs or breadcrumbs
80ml vegan cream
60g vegan sprinkled cheese
2 tablespoons oil
Salt pepper
Pinch of paprika powder
Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions and cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Bring a pot of vegetable broth to a simmer.
Meanwhile, wash the savoy cabbage, remove the outer leaves and cut half into four equal pieces.
Let the savoy cabbage simmer in the vegetable broth for about 5-7 minutes.
Then remove the savoy cabbage from the pot and place it in an ovenproof dish.

After the cooling time, take the minced mixture out of the fridge and fry it in a pan together with the onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
