Our pita bread plays the main role in this recipe. We fry it crispy in a pan and enjoy it with our turmeric balls, hummus, spinach and grilled eggplant slices. It's quick and tastes really delicious.

½ pack of Easy To Mix turmeric balls
180 g Easy To Mix Pan Bread Pita Art
200g hummus
1 eggplant
2 handfuls of baby spinach
2 tablespoons oil
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of chili powder
Salt
Easy To Mix Turmeric balls mix according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, wash the eggplant, cut it lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick slices and add a little salt. Let it sit for about 15 minutes, then pat dry and fry the eggplant slices in a preheated grill pan. Then season.
Wash spinach and spin dry.
After the cooling time, form small balls from the turmeric ball mixture, fry them until crispy according to the instructions and then cut them in half.
Mix Easy To Mix pan bread according to the preparation recommendations and bake in the pan.
Spread hummus on the baked pan breads, then spread the spinach on top, place the eggplant slices on top and finally distribute the turmeric balls on top.
