Yummy! Here we have a slightly more unusual pasta dish for you, which is quick and easy to prepare and also tastes super delicious. Rigatoni with fried chicory and our vegan Easy To Mix Cevapcici are served with dried tomatoes, roasted pine nuts and vegan parmesan.

½ pack of Easy To Mix Cevapcici
200g rigatoni
2 chicory
1 red onion
50g dried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
20g pine nuts
Vegan Parmesan, optional
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt pepper
1 pinch of sugar
Easy To Mix Cevapcici mix according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, peel and chop the garlic and onion.
Wash the chicory thoroughly, cut it in half lengthways, remove the stalk and cut it crosswise into strips.
Cut dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat. Then set aside.
Cook rigatoni according to the preparation recommendations. Reserve some cooking water.
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and onions.
Add the chicory, tomatoes and a pinch of sugar, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5 - 10 minutes.
After the cooling time, form cevapcici in a second pan from the cevapcici mixture according to the preparation recommendations and fry them.
Add the rigatoni and the reserved cooking water to the vegetable pan and bring to the boil briefly.
Divide the pasta between plates, sprinkle with parmesan and pine nuts and serve with cevapcici. Enjoy!
