It's pasta time again: If you don't have much time this time, then this recipe is just right for you. Spaghetti Carbonara is prepared in no time and is also 100% vegan thanks to our egg and crispy bacon bits. Few ingredients, but soooo delicious!

1 pack of Easy To Mix Bacon Bits
20g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
100ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
200g spaghetti
20-30g vegan parmesan
2 tbsp vegan butter
Fresh parsley, if desired
Salt pepper
Cook the spaghetti in salted water
Mix the vegan organic oat drink according to the instructions.
Mix the vegan bacon bits mixture according to the instructions and fry in a pan with oil until they are crispy.
Stir the vegan egg powder into the oat drink with a whisk. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Add parmesan and mix thoroughly again.
Drain the pasta water and reserve about two ladles of it for the sauce.
Heat some butter in a pan and add the spaghetti.
Now add the egg mixture and mix everything thoroughly until the egg sets.
For more creaminess, simply add a little pasta water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the parsley and chop finely.
Divide the carbonara between two plates and garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
