40 g Easy To Mix Vegan Mushroom Cream Sauce
75 g Easy To Mix Vegan Schnitzel
Breadcrumbs
5 medium-sized, waxy potatoes
1 large onion
Fresh parsley
6 tablespoons each of oil and sugar
Salt
Prepare the schnitzel according to the instructions and keep it cold
Peel the potatoes, boil them and let them cool
Prepare caramelized onions: Cut the onion into rings, sauté in oil then add sugar and a little salt
Cut the potatoes into slices and fry until golden brown
Form schnitzel, brush with a little water, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in oil
Prepare mushroom cream sauce according to instructions
