Sesame ring as a burger

Easy to mix burgers

tomatoes

Onion

salad

Pickles

Vegan mayo

Hot sauce, such as Sriracha

Sesame ring:

1 kg flour

1 pack of dry yeast

600ml water

Sesame and sunflower seeds for garnish

Mix Easy To Mix burgers according to instructions, cool and fry.

For the sesame ring, combine all the ingredients into a dough and shape it into a simit/bagel shape. Spread sesame and sunflower seeds on top and bake.

Wash and slice tomatoes.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Cut cucumbers into small pieces.

Wash lettuce and shake leaves dry.

Now top the burger, for example like this: mayo, lettuce, onion, cucumber, burger patties, tomatoes, hot sauce, onion and cucumber again. Potato wedges go well with this.
