Cevapcici bowl with tzatziki

½ pack of Easy To Mix Cevapcici

40g Easy To Mix Tzatziki

Salad:

2 handfuls of romaine lettuce

2 handfuls of cocktail tomatoes

½ cucumber

10 olives

100g vegan feta

4 tbsp oil

2 tbsp vinegar

Squeeze of lemon

Garlic powder to taste

Salt pepper

Easy To Mix Cevapcici mix according to instructions and cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki according to the instructions.

Wash and dry the lettuce, wash and chop the tomatoes and cucumber and crumble the feta. Place all ingredients including olives in a bowl.

For the dressing, mix the oil with the vinegar and the lemon squeeze. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Now mix the salad well with the dressing.

After the cooling time, form cevapcici from the mixed mixture and fry until crispy according to the instructions.

Serve the cevapcici with tzatziki and the salad. Bon appetit!
