This sweet and salty bowl brings variety to the short winter days. The Köttbullar harmonize perfectly with the pear compote - see for yourself and try it out!

75 g Easy To Mix Köttbullar
A pinch of winter drink spice
Approx. 500 g soft pears
40g sugar
1 cinnamon stick
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 beetroot
2 parsnips
Two handfuls of Brussels sprouts
olive oil
Fresh rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper
Prepare Köttbullar according to instructions and chill
Peel the pears, remove the casing and cut into pieces
Put the pears, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick in a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently until pears fall apart. Add a dash of water if necessary
Cut the parsnip into sticks, halve the Brussels sprouts, and cut the beetroot into slices. Place the vegetables side by side on a baking tray and season with olive oil and spices. Then let it cook at 180°C (fan oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
Form köttbullar and fry until golden brown with a little oil
Mash any remaining pieces of pear compote with a fork. Season with winter drink spice
Put everything in a bowl
