Vegan tea sausage sandwich - recipe

Would you like an unusual, super delicious sandwich recipe? We spread our Easy To Mix tea sausage on fresh bread and top it with caramelized radicchio and sweet raspberries. Wow - a taste explosion!🧨

2 loaves of bread

25 g Easy To Mix spreadable sausage - tea sausage item

2 slices of bread

¼ radicchio

1 handful of raspberries

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

½ tbsp maple syrup

Salt pepper

Mix the tea sausage according to the instructions and cool.

Wash radicchio and remove stalk.

Preheat a pan with oil and fry the radicchio leaves all over over medium heat until lightly browned, seasoning with salt.

Then deglaze with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar and allow to caramelize.

Wash the raspberries and mash them lightly with a fork.

After the cooling time, stir the tea sausage vigorously again and spread it on the bread.

Top with radicchio and raspberries.
