2 pizzas
Dough for 2 pizzas
250ml lukewarm water
1 cube of yeast
1 pinch of sugar
2 tablespoons oil
500g flour and some for dough processing
1 tsp salt
Tomato sauce:
1 onion
1-2 garlic cloves
1 can (425ml) pureed tomatoes
A pinch each of rosemary, thyme, oregano and sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
To top 2 pizzas:
GREENFORCE cooked ham
4 canned pineapple rings
150g vegan grated cheese
Half a red onion
Some fresh parsley as desired
Crumble a yeast cube into 250ml of lukewarm water, add a pinch of sugar and salt and then let it rise for 10-15 minutes.
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and add the yeast liquid with the oil.
Knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer for at least 5 minutes (by hand for at least 10 minutes).
Cover the dough bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place (approx. 35°C) for about 40 minutes.
In the meantime, for the tomato sauce, cut an onion into small cubes and fry in a little oil.
Add 1-2 pressed garlic cloves and fry.
Then add a can of pureed tomatoes and the spices (rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper and a little sugar) and let everything simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 240 degrees (fan oven: 220).
Halve the dough and roll it out into a circle on a floured work surface.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough pieces until they are covered and top with vegan grated cheese and cooked ham.
Cut the pineapple rings into small pieces and the red onion into half rings and spread both on the pizza.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Before serving, top with fresh olive oil, a pinch of salt and chopped parsley.
