Recipe for vegan dip tzatziki style:

1. Thoroughly mix 20 g powder mixture with 80 ml water.
2. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
3. The vegan dip goes perfectly with our vegan organic gyros, vegan cevapcici or fresh vegetables of any kind.

Modified starch, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, rice flour, table salt, garlic, onion, natural cucumber flavour, psyllium husks, dill, pepper, lemon juice powder.

Real Greek taste on your plate - only 100% vegan. For a special taste, we have thought of something very tasty: vegan tzatziki that you can mix yourself. This way you can turn your meal into a short vacation in Greece. 🇬🇷

We came up with a spicy bowl for which we mix the vegan cevapcici and fry them until crispy. For the Greek salad we use vegan feta, olives, romaine lettuce and cucumber.

This bowl is rounded off by the new vegan tzatziki, which makes it particularly refreshing and spicy.

After mixing, the Tzaziki Dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days. It's best to use a sealed container to store the tzatziki.

Dips can be refined individually according to your own wishes and taste. For example, you can add some fresh cucumber, fresh spices such as parsley, or fresh lemon juice to your tzatziki.

In its original version, tzatziki contains a lot of garlic and tastes intensely spicy. It's similar with our vegan tzatziki: it contains garlic. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether the garlic taste is too intense, as tastes are very individual. However, if this is the case, you can add some vegan yogurt to the dip to alleviate the garlic taste a little.
