2 packs of vegan mini wieners
200g pasta
1 spring onion
150 g cherry tomatoes
½ cucumber
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp vegetable broth
3 tbsp vinegar
Salt, pepper, fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
Cook the pasta and let it cool
Cut the wiener, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces
Finely chop the spring onion
Prepare salad dressing from vegetable broth, olive oil, vinegar and spices
Chop herbs finely
Mix all the ingredients together, let the pasta salad sit in the fridge and season if necessary

Prepare vegan mince according to instructions and chill, then fry and season
Roll out the puff pastry on a tray and spread the pesto evenly
Also distribute the fried mince evenly over the dough and sprinkle with cheese
Cut the dough into 2 cm wide strips, fold once, then twist in
Bake the pizza sticks at 180 °C for about 15 minutes until crispy

Prepare pancake batter according to instructions
Brush the waffle iron with a little cooking oil and process the dough into waffles of the desired size
Once the waffles have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy with berries and maple syrup
