40g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder (= for about 4 eggs)
½ onion
½ pepper
¼ stick of leek
100g mushrooms
Salt pepper
oil for frying
Fresh chives for garnish
Bread or toast

Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Process into a smooth dough according to the preparation recommendations.
Peel and chop the onion.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them vertically into thin slices.
Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes.
Wash the leek thoroughly and cut into fine rings.
Wash and finely chop the chives.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, mushrooms and leek over medium heat for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
Add vegetables to the egg mixture, salt and pepper.
Heat the pan again with oil and fry the omelette on both sides until golden brown.
Place the omelet from the pan on a board and cut out stars using the cookie cutters.
Serve with chives and bread. Enjoy your meal!
