Wraps:
½ pack of Easy To Mix turmeric balls
4 savoy cabbage leaves
½ cucumber
½ bell pepper, yellow
1 carrot
1 beetroot, raw
Beetroot hummus:
1 can of chickpeas (230 g drained weight)
1 beetroot, raw
2 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp tahini (sesame paste)
50ml water
½ tsp cumin
Salt
Sesame and parsley as a topping
Mix Easy To Mix turmeric balls according to instructions and cool.
Meanwhile, wash the savoy cabbage leaves and blanch them in a pot of boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Then rinse with cold water.
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin sticks.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips.
Peel the carrot and beetroot and cut into sticks.
For the hummus, drain the chickpeas, peel and chop the beetroot. Then mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
After the cooling time, form small balls from the turmeric ball mixture and fry until crispy according to the instructions.
Spread the savoy cabbage leaves with the hummus, then top with the turmeric balls and the vegetables.
Add sesame seeds and parsley to the remaining hummus.
Roll up and enjoy with the remaining beetroot hummus.
