Prepare the medallions in a coated pan with a little cooking oil or on the grill. Fry at medium heat for about 5-6 minutes, turning frequently.

90% vegan medallion (drinking water, mushrooms, 15% textured pea protein [pea protein, pea flour], rapeseed oil, thickeners: carrageenan, cellulose, konjac, Methylcellulose; flavourings, potato starch, defatted sunflower seeds, acidity regulator: potassium lactate, sodium acetate; table salt, yeast extract, spice extract, maltodextrin), 10% spice marinade (rapeseed oil, spices, table salt, granulated stock [seasoning, salt, sunflower oil], mushroom flakes, rapeseed oil [fully hydrogenated], tomato, flavourings, 0.2% truffle flavouring, herbs, caramel [glucose-fructose syrup, maltodextrin, water], spice extracts).
